Redemption Instructions

You will receive a separate email with your official ticket the day before your visit. If you booked for the same day, you would receive your official ticket a few minutes after completing your booking. Together with your ticket, you will receive a digital guide in English and/or Spanish so that you can learn more about Frida Kahlo's life and history. The ticket is only valid for the date and time booked. Take into account that you'll have to be at the Frida Kahlo Museum at least 15 minutes before the time slot selected.
