Redemption Instructions

If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund • Please contact us directly at +66 81 415 3549 , +66 81 5381552 if you have any questions regarding the hotel pickup time and location • Customer hotel pick up ranges from 6:00 – 7:00 am depending on accommodation location. • Not recommended for pregnant women • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions • Not recommended for participants with back problems • If you have not already specified, you MUST advise supplier as soon as possible your Ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and departure time so that appropriate arrangements can be made

Pickup Information

-We pick up from everywhere in Khao Lak and every kind of accommodation (hotels, Airbnb's, villas, hostels, etc) -We will send you your tour pick-up time by 5 pm the day before your tour date. -Please ensure that your pick-up point is the same as the accommodation where you are staying. -Important Update: Maya Bay will be closed from August 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025 due to ecological restoration. To make up for this, we will take guests for sightseeing and taking beautiful pictures of Maya Bay. We will also extend time at the other locations of our tour program. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
