Your official tickets will be sent one day before your visit, at an approximate time of 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., by WhatsApp or email. Please provide a real and active WhatsApp number, where you can receive messages. Do not use temporary, eSIM numbers, apps, or numbers that you will only use during your trip, as tickets may not arrive correctly. Tickets are sent in PDF format, include individual QR codes and contain an image of the Frida Kahlo Museum so you can easily identify them. If you do not have WhatsApp, please write to us by direct message to provide us with your email and to send you tickets by that means. When you receive your tickets, please reply to the message confirming receipt.
