Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • Please be ready at least 10 minutes prior to departure time. • Please note: If you wish to change your pick up point, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to departure via email (info@andersontours.co.uk) quoting your supplier confirmation code. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.

Pickup Information

Exit the tube station following the signs to Warwick Road, then cross over the road and turn to your right. Please wait at the regular bus stop. We have an earlier pickup at Victoria, if this is better for you please contact us.
