Redemption Instructions

- Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended. Casual attire such as jeans, sportswear, joggers, or sneakers is ideal. - **Meeting Point:** - Departure at 8:00 AM from the main entrance of Ljubljana Main Train Station (Trg Osvobodilne fronte 7, 1000 Ljubljana). Please wait in front of the main entrance of Train station. - Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be accommodated, refunded, or allowed to reschedule. **Additional Notes:** - This tour operates in all weather conditions; refunds will not be provided due to weather or personal reasons. Please dress appropriately for the conditions. - Participants must be at least 8 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult. - Pickup is available from both Ljubljana and Bled. - Ponchos are recommended for unexpected weather. - A moderate amount of walking is involved, making comfortable shoes essential. - Due to uneven terrain, the tour is not suitable for individuals with walking disabilities or those using a wheelchair. - Not recommended for individuals with back problems, heart conditions, or other serious medical issues. - Pregnant women should not participate. - A tour briefing will be sent to the provided email address one day prior to the tour at approximately 7 PM Central European Time. - Motion sickness precautions are recommended for sensitive individuals.
