Pickup Information

Hello and thank you for booking your Islamorada Day Tour! We are very pleased you will join us for a day in Keys paradise! Please read the important information below. You must accept and sign two waivers before going on the tour. Once waiver will be sent in a separate email and the other will be provided before boarding the vessel MUST READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION Morning Pick-Up - Please review your pick-up location the night before your tour. - Please know exactly where the van will meet you. You can call us if you need assistance.** - Please arrive at the pick-up location 10 minutes early. - Kindly note pick-up time will be different/prior to the actual start time. - If driving to a pick-up location, please make sure you know where the location is ahead of time. Some locations may charge a parking fee. Parking is at your own risk. - Key West Day Tours LLC is not responsible for any parking fees, theft, damage, or towing fees for parked vehicles. - If you are taking a taxi service to your pick-up location, please make sure you are on time. It may be helpful to pre-schedule a taxi service the day before your tour to ensure you arrive to the pick-up location on time. - Please eat and use the restroom before boarding the van. - Please do not wait inside the hotel if applicable. You must be outside at your pick-up location. Please bring a phone charger with a wall plug, comfortable walking shoes, towels, and a camera.
