Redemption Instructions

• Be at the stop 15 minutes before the departure. • A current valid passport or a European ID is required on the day of travel • It is not possible to join the tour after it has already left the meeting points. • Infants (free ticket) do not have their places booked; they must sit on their parents’ lap. • The order to visit each location during our tour is subject to change to ensure the best experience. • During the tour, you are given radio system to easily listen to the guide. In case of no return or lost device, you will be charged a 50€ penalty fee. • Dress code is smart casual • Comfortable walking shoes are recommended • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions • The tour has schedules to meet. To have a suitable experice, respect the schedules given by the guide in order not to get lost during the tour. • In case of non-compliance with the times indicated by the guide, the client will have to return to Milan on his own.
