You confirm that you are in good health and not affected by any condition that would increase your risk during the activity. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain their own personal accident and liability insurance.

Third-Party Products and Services – Limitation of Liability operates solely as an intermediary, coordinating tours, transportation, venue visits, and related services. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays, injuries, losses, or damages arising from the actions or negligence of third-party providers—including transport companies, service operators, restaurants, shops, or their staff. Participants acknowledge that any use or consumption of third-party products or services during the tour—such as food, merchandise, or additional activities—is done at their own risk and expense. The company bears no liability for any resulting harm, including injury, illness, or loss.
