Redemption Instructions

The Pickups are normally in most of the hotels lobbies. Except: Royalton, Melia And Catalonia; in these resorts the meeting point is at the main gate of the hotel complex, (outside). If you are staying at a bayahibe hotel you will be charged a $10us aditional for pick up If you are located in apartment or airbnb please contact us in order to provide a specified meeting point close to your hotel.
