Pickup Information

Departs from most Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is located outside the pickup zone, a central meeting point will be advised upon reconfirmation. If your hotel is not listed, please leave us a note with your hotel's name so we can arrange a pickup time.

Must be 16+ to drive ATV accompanied by an adult.

Minimum age to participate is 4 years old. Minimum height required is 1 metre (3.28 ft).

Maximum weight allowed on the ziplines 120 kg/ 265 lb.

Maximum waist size allowed on the ziplines 1.24 m / 49 in.

Children 4-15 years old can ride on the back seat accompanied by an adult.

Based on international safety standards and to ensure the physical safety of visitors, the use of cameras and cell phones are not permitted during our adventure activities.
