Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Exact pick-up location and time will be emailed to you by the supplier. If you have have not received a detailed description of your pick up time and location 24 hours in advance of your lesson, please contact the supplier at 808.599.7873 or osp@ohanasurfproject.com. • Please come prepared for the lesson by wearing your bathing suit, bringing a towel and making sure to apply sunscreen ahead of time. We will provide you with a long sleeve surf shirt and protective reef shoes to wear during the lesson.  We will also provide you with the water equipment needed. • If any participants cannot swim please advise the staff ahead of time. • If any participants have any medical conditions or injuries that we should be aware of please advise the staff ahead of time. • If you do not receive pick-up details by 24 hours prior to tour date, please contact the local supplier to confirm at 808.599.7873 or osp@ohanasurfproject.com.

Pickup Information

We offer courtesy pickup from Waikiki from our four standard pickup locations 10-45 minutes prior to your lesson time: (1) Ilikai Hotel (2) Romer Waikiki at the Ambassador Hotel (3) Don Ho Lane Van Depot (4) Hyatt Regency For customers staying at the Ala Moana Hotel, Hale Koa Hotel, Kahala Hotel and Resort, The Ritz Carlton or The Ka La'i Waikiki Beach we may be able to arrange a special pickup closer to the hotel with a notification call or email at least 24 hours in advance. If either the customer or accompanying guest has a handicap or injury and needs to arrange a special pickup, please call or email us with 24 hours notice and we are more than happy to come directly to your hotel.
