Dear Customer, This Booking Confirmation Voucher is all you need. No further confirmation is required. Nevertheless, kindly, check your e-mail: we will contact you to better plan your experience according to museum availabilities at the moment of your booking. Kindly inform us about special diets or allergies and express your decision about visiting the Pisa Tower (check additional info). Note that the itinerary depends on several variants and it does not always start with P.le Michelangelo. Kindly share with us a mobile phone (if possible with WhatsApp connection) Pick up time might vary depending on your location. Pick up time is also customizable according to your needs. We aim to plan your day in the best way, optimizing your precious time! Kindly wait in the lobby of your hotel and inform the concierge you are waiting for the guide. In the case of B&B or apartment, kindly wait in the street in front of the civic number. If your hotel is not in the city center we will share a meeting point. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Make sure you booked the right car option (details in "departure and return" section): - WOW TOUR starting in Florence - pick up 8:30 at the hotel by the guide or at meeting point for locations far from the city center - car at disposal to go to Pisa and come back to Florence at your hotel. - WOW TOUR Livorno Shore Excursion - pick up 7:30 at the dock - car at disposal from pick-up to dropoff. - WOW TOUR La Spezia Shore Excursion - pick up 9:30 at the dock - car at disposal from pick-up to dropoff. If you wish to buy Museums or the Pisa Tower tickets, kindly ask in advance. Kids under 8 are not allowed . There are 294 steps upwards and downwards. - Only small backpacks and foldable umbrellas are allowed inside the sites - Cover shoulders (a scarf is OK) and knees inside each church - Guides cannot skip metal detectors checks. Pickup Information

A private local guide will PICK YOU UP FROM ALL HOTELS/B&B/APARTMENT/RAIL STATIONS IN CENTRAL FLORENCE! If your hotel/B&B/Apartment is **not in central Florence**, let us know its location, and we will organize a private pick up with a luxury car (extra fee depends on the distance). If you have not booked your hotel yet, you will amend your booking later on with your hotel's name or the address of your B&B/Apartment. SHORE EXCURSION OPTIONS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FROM LIVORNO OR LA SPEZIA. Kindly, on your booking, enter the information regarding your pick-up/drop-off location. Kindly add to your booking a mobile phone (if possible with a WhatsApp connection) and use for your booking an email address you can check frequently. **If you do not receive further messages, the default pick-up time is confirmed.** It is a Private Tour and is customizable! Make sure you booked the right package option. There are three, and have different car options: - Option 1: WOW LA SPEZIA Shore Excursion 8 HOURS - 9:15 am Pick-up: Includes pick-up and drop-off at La Spezia Port Cruise Terminal, which you will reach with a shuttle bus (free and organized by the port authorities). Due to the port distance and the fact the pick-up is at the Terminal and not at the dock, time is limited, and you will not have time to go to Pisa, but only Florence. - Option 2: WOW TOUR Florence & Pisa 8 HOURS - 9:00 am pick-up: Pick-up and drop off at any Florence Central hotel/B&B/apartment. After the 4-hour tour of Florence, a private driver will bring you to Pisa, give you 1,5 hours of free time, and bring you back to your location in Florence. You can book a private guide in Pisa upon request. -Option 3: WOW LIVORNO Shore Excursion 9 HOURS - 8:00 am pick up: Includes pick-up and drop-off at The dock of your Ship at Livorno port. After the 4-hour tour of Florence, a private driver will bring you to Pisa, give you 1,5 hours of free time, and bring you back to the port.
