Pitti+Boboli ticket: Nov–Feb Boboli Gardens close 4:30 PM; 2:30 PM visitors should start there before Palazzo Pitti.

Redemption Instructions

You will receive instructions via WhatsApp or email about how to redeem your tickets and download our exclusive multilingual eBook in a PDF format. Use the voucher received via WhatsApp or email and go to the ticket office which is located to the right of the façade, on the same level as the entrance door, under an open loggia about 87 metres away from the main entrance. Note that there might be a ticket purchase queue to your right. You can bypass this by going to the right. Only the Palatine Gallery has a date and time you must adhere to. For the other attractions, you have the whole day to visit them without any specific time constraints Please note that Royal Apartments tickets cannot be guaranteed for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance. Every customer is required to do a security check line and, during periods of high visitor traffic, your admission may be slightly delayed to maintain security; museum access is regulated based on the number of people inside From November to February, the Boboli Gardens close at 4:30 PM. For guests booking the Pitti+Boboli combo at the 2:30 PM time slot, it is recommended to start the visit from the Boboli Gardens and then continue to Palazzo Pitti.
