Pickup Information

Once the reservation is confirmed, we verify the hotel or pick-up point provided by the client. Subsequently, you contact to inform you of the exact timetable of your pick up service. This procedure is carried out in an organized manner with each of the passengers until the group is completed. Once all customers are on board the van, we start the route to Tulum, ensuring a safe, punctual and comfortable transfer.
