Redemption Instructions

After booking, kindly email us at hello@thistravel.net or reach us on WhatsApp at wa.me/66928945294 with your name, port, cruise ship name, arrival and departure times, and your phone number or WhatsApp. On the day of your tour, please meet our staff at the terminal exit of either Klong Toei, Laem Chabang, or Sriracha Harbor Port at 8:00 AM. Simply present your mobile ticket to our staff upon pickup. Your tour is private and fully customizable. The itinerary can be adjusted to fit your cruise arrival time to maximize your time in Thailand, as well as your departure time to ensure you return to the ship on schedule.

Pickup Information

Your pickup will be from either Klong Toei Port, Laem Chabang Port, or Sri Racha Harbor. While these are different locations, travelers often refer to them collectively as “Bangkok Port.” Your drivers will meet guests at the terminal exit and will arrive at the port approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to ensure punctuality. We gladly customize the pickup time to align beautifully with your cruise arrival.
