Itinerary
1. You will observe the magnificent Genoese tower of Omigna, located at the rocky point in the town of Cargèse. Built in the 16th century, it is classified as a historic monument. Direction the Scandola nature reserve about 20 minutes
2. Embark on a fascinating exploration of the famous Scandola Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, only accessible by sea. On this excursion, you will be guided through spectacular landscapes of igneous rocks sculpted into impressive cliffs , mysterious caves and remarkable faults. As a global benchmark in environmental preservation, Scandola is the first reserve in France to encompass both land and sea areas. The experienced crew will be at your side to tell you the history of each site, provide you with detailed information on the local fauna and flora, and allow you to immortalize these unique landscapes. 3. Free stopover 30 minutes Girolata is a picturesque village located between the Scandola and Port nature reserve, and whose particularity is that it is only accessible by boat or by a hiking trail. Famous both for its authentic charm and for its landlocked and preserved character, you can admire the superbly renovated Genoese fort. During this 30-minute break, take a walk, go up to the aghja (old wheat yard), have a drink in one of the establishments before leaving.
4. Return on board to discover the magnificent Gulf of Porto, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Leaving Girolata, you will pass the impressive Monte Senino (618m)
