Redemption Instructions

Pickup Location Instructions: 1. ALT Hotel Toronto Airport - Address: 6080 Viscount Rd, Mississauga, ON L4V 0A1, Canada - Departure Time: 7:00 AM - Arrival Time: Please arrive no later than 6:45 AM. - Meeting Point: Outside the main hotel entrance under the covered drop-off area. - Instructions: Look for a Gray Line staff member holding a sign or wearing branded clothing. The shuttle will pull up directly in front of the entrance for easy boarding. 2. Yorkdale Mall (Simons Entrance) - Address: 1037 Yorkdale Rd, North York, ON M6A 3A1, Canada - Departure Time: 7:15 AM - Arrival Time: Please arrive no later than 7:00 AM. - Meeting Point: Outside Simons, near the TTC & GO Bus loop, beside the taxi stand and mall entrance. - Instructions: Look for the Gray Line sign or staff member wearing Gray Line identification. This is a shared transportation hub—please wait in the designated bus pickup area. Important Note for All Pickup Locations: - Shuttles depart exactly at the scheduled time and cannot wait for late guests. - Please be respectful of other travelers and arrive early to allow for check-in and boarding. - No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.
