Meeting and Pickup
Please arrive 15 minutes PRIOR TO TOUR START TIME. Our Sapphire Coaches pick up guests adjacent to the Fredericksburg Visitor's Center entrance. Free parking behind the Visitor's Center. Guests picked up at a separate location will be picked up PRIOR to the start time beginning at 9:45am.
Pickup Information
Our Driver/Host will call the week of your tastings to arrange pickup times. **Please note - a Valid Phone Number is required. We contact guests for Lunch menu selections/dietary restrictions and pickup times if a hotel location is chosen. Customers who do not provide a valid contact phone number risk cancellation. **Please note that we only pick up guests within a 5 mile radius. Please call if you are outside that area**
