Redemption Instructions

Meeting Point: Nortour – Corralejo Harbour (Fuerteventura) • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure and go to the Nortour ticket office, located at the harbour entrance next to “La Lonja”. • If you are arriving by car, we recommend allowing extra time, as parking in the area can be limited. • Boarding closes shortly before departure. If you miss your boat, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. • Your return time will be confirmed with the crew on the day of your visit. • For any changes to your booking, please contact the booking channel directly. Snorkelling activity information The snorkelling activity starts at 13:20: • If your ferry departs Corralejo at 10:00 or 11:15, please be at Lobos Island harbour by 13:20 to join the activity. • If your ferry departs at 13:00, you will stay on board and take part in the snorkelling activity directly (ending at approximately 14:20). What to Bring: • Water and some food (there are no shops on the island, and the restaurant may not always be open) • Comfortable footwear for walking • Sun protection (hat, sunglasses and sunscreen) • Towel, swimwear and flip flops • ID or passport (copy accepted, original not required) Lobos Island Natural Park: • Lobos Island is a protected natural area. Please respect the environment and follow local guidelines during your visit. • Pets are not allowed on the island.
