Pickup Information

Pickup is available from hotels within central Tokyo (23 wards). Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your private tour guide or driver will meet you at the hotel entrance or lobby and will confirm your name at arrival. For apartments or Airbnb accommodations, please wait outside the main entrance of the building. If your hotel is located outside central Tokyo, additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability. Your driver will wait for up to 60 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. If you have any mobility limitations or special accessibility needs, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements. The total tour duration is approximately 10 hours, including travel time. This is a private tour, exclusively for your group. Groups exceeding 6 participants may be accommodated for an additional fee. Pickup service is available from accommodations (including Airbnb) located within Tokyo’s 23 wards, including but not limited to: Chiyoda, Chuo, Minato, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Taito, Sumida, Meguro, Shinagawa, Setagaya, and surrounding areas. Please note that pickup is available from airports or cruise ports.( May have extra changes)
