If you book option with private transfer by Alphaard, the Pick up/drop off will be arrange from/to between Suvarnabhumi Airport and Bangkok City Hotel areas only, the exact hotel name should be mentioned when the time of booking is made. Outside area, extra charge is apply with price to be advised case by case and pay by cash on spot only. For Departure Transfer, the pick up time at your lobby hotel will be 4hrs before the departure flight time to ensure you standby at Suvarnabhumi Airport on time as too traffic. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby as least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time Our professional representative, who will be holding a sign with your name at the airline check-in desk counter to catch their flight around 2hrs before departure flight time.
