Redemption Instructions

You will receive your Train ticket with departure and return time, by email or whatsapp one day before the Tour departure. Train departure from Roma Termini Train Station, mandatory to arrive at the station at least 20 minutes before your departure time Train departure from Florence Santa Maria Novella Station around 07:00 pm, mandatory to arrive at the station at least 20 minutes before your departure time When in Florence, at 11:15 am - at the Uffizi Gallery Piazzale, in front of Dante Alighieri Statue, located close to door n. 1 (entrance reserved to the booking holders). An Assistant waits for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line Logos To confirm a booking the following details are mandatory for all the participants: First Name – Last Name – A valid mobile phone number (*that shall be able to receive communication while in Italy) – Email address (*that the client is able to check while in Italy) In the event, that one or more details are missing, the booking cannot be considered confirmed. From July 1st, tickets will be sent digitally by email or Whatsapp to make access to the museum easier and ensure a smoother entrance experience.
