Redemption Instructions

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. The bus will leave on time; late arrivals may miss the activity. There are no lockers or changing rooms at the pools, so please keep valuables to a minimum. Bring comfortable closed shoes for hiking or rafting. Water shoes are recommended for the pools, as there are small rocks. Bring your own food and water, as local kiosks or restaurants may be closed during low season. Weather conditions or safety considerations may cause changes in the itinerary.

Pickup Information

Choose your pickup point among those places: 1. Torres de Serranos (Bus stop - in front of MYR Hotel) 2. Hola Trip office (C/ Ramon Llull 21 - in front of purple office) The guide will arrive with the bus on the main road. Please wait at the scheduled pickup time we will send you and search for the guide with HOLA TRIP badge. Pick-up time at Serranos Towers is 10min before starting time. Pick-up time at Hola Trip office is 10min after starting time.
