Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

✨ Pickup details (Pickup info + driver contact) are sent by WhatsApp the day before. (max by 22:00) ✅ Just show your booking confirmation to the Driver-Host at pickup. ⏰ Please be ready at your pickup address at the set pickup time (keep your phone reachable). ✨ Distance awareness: check Google Maps for distances between itinerary stops so you can plan your pace/time. ⏰ If the driver isn’t there, message the driver first. If no reply, message us on WhatsApp.
