Late guests may be left behind. • Luggage transfer to hotel is not available. Download and open the Big Bus app. Select "Add Booking" and enter your booking reference. On the day of travel, open your ticket and select Activate. Show your activated ticket to the driver. 2. Redeem voucher and activate with Big Bus staff at Stop #1 - Canada Place, 999 Canada Place Way (in front of the Welcome Centre) or at the meeting point upon departure Important notes Each group ticket must be used on one device, and the group must travel together. To travel separately, print individual tickets before activating or contact us to split the booking. Keep your phone charged. You must show your active ticket to board, and it will still work offline after activation.

Pickup Information

Hotel pick-up is available from most downtown Vancouver hotels. If your hotel is not listed, please select the closest available location. Please be ready at your selected pick-up point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time.
