Redemption Instructions

1. Dress code - recommended to wear light clothes 2. Please note: entrance tickets and transport included. You will be receiving your e-ticket on your email that you can get use at the Ferrari world counter to go inside the park 3. Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund 4. If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination. Please note that departure times and locations may vary slightly. Not recommended for pregnant women Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Pick up and drop off is not included from following areas: Al Maha desert resort, Bab al shams, Al Furjan, Expo city area, Silicon oasis, Jebel Ali, Jumeirah Village Triangle or any area not coming in the city central limits. The fastest roller coaster ride Formula Rosa is included in the pass. But it required pre booking on spot at the counter in the park. And this you can do in first attempt when you get inside the park.

Areas like Jebel Ali, Expo, Silicon. oasis, JVT, JVC, Furjan, Qusais, Dragon Mart, Al maha desert resort, Bab Al Shams resort not included for pick up and drop off.
