Redemption Instructions

Your tickets will be sent directly to your WhatsApp on the day of your tour. To avoid any inconvenience, kindly ensure you have an active WhatsApp number and contact your tour operator in Dubai before your travel date. Important Traveler Information Duration: Full day (approx. 9 to 10 hours, including travel time) Pick-up Location: Dubai hotels (central areas) Pick-up Time: 10:00 AM (exact time confirmed a day prior) ✅ Know Before You Go Some attractions and rides at Ferrari World have height, age, and health restrictions. Please review ride guidelines upon arrival. Family Tip: Some rides may be temporarily closed for maintenance. We recommend checking the official Ferrari World website before your visit to avoid any disappointment. Please note: Refunds or partial credits can’t be provided for rides that are unavailable or not used. We recommend bringing sunscreen and a refillable water bottle for added comfort during your day. A valid passport or Emirates ID is required for entry into Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
