Pickup Information

Contact us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours prior to reconfirm your booking details. Please ensure WhatsApp is active and reachable using the number provided during booking. Pick-up and drop-off included from all major hotels and residences in Dubai city. Drop-off will be at the original pickup point. Pick-up times are approximate and may vary slightly due to traffic or routing conditions. Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Estimated Morning Pick-Up Schedule (by Area): Deira / Bur Dubai: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM Downtown Dubai / Sheikh Zayed Road: 8:30 AM – 9:15 AM Al Barsha / Mall of the Emirates area: 9:15 AM – 10:00 AM Dubai Marina / The Palm Jumeirah: 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM Note: Sharing pick-up is not available from JLT, JVC, JA Hotels, Ibn Battuta, or areas outside central Dubai.
