Overview
These tours are open to ghost enthusiasts of any age. Dare to hear fascinating stories of the haunted and historic past of the Stockyards. Hear tales of notorious outlaws like Bonnie and Clyde and Wyatt Earp, prankster poltergeists that like to make their presence known, and ghostly cowboys who still wander the streets. Your costumed guide will take you on a 1.5-hour Haunted Walking Tour through the historic Fort Worth Stockyards. Your walking journey will begin in Mule Alley with the option to purchase some ice cream or a brew to keep things chilling while we share the haunting history of how “Cowtown” came to be. We will pause to watch the famous Stockyards Cattle Drive on Exchange Avenue (weather and schedule permitting), then continue on to learn all about the historic buildings, spooky basements, and imprinted memories of true Wild West shootouts at every turn!
