2. Our first visit will be to taste the traditional Coleta cuisine. We will walk through the market to learn all about the ingredients that we are going to try during our tour. We will also talk about how many of the herbs and spices are used for healing purposes, since in this region Ancestral medicine has survived the modernization of the pharmaceutical sector. We will learn about state products and thus take advantage of the freshest ingredients during our stay.
3. At our next stop we will try the soups that bring joy with their flavors, and warm our souls with their aromas! We will try the traditional chipilin soup as well as other famous broths in the region. We will take advantage of the incredible terrace of this place to talk about places of interest inside and outside of San Cristobal.
4. In our third stop we will try the mole coleto, as well as different sauces that cover the main regional dishes. We will walk through streets that allow us to talk about the history of San Cristobal through its architecture, its details and its incredible urban art. The city has murals by artists from all over the world.
5. At our next stop we will taste international cuisine. San Cristobal is proudly considered the capital of multiculturalism in Chiapas, fortunately for food lovers, who come from far away, bring recipes with them that fill our bellies with love! And in our markets they find everything they need to make it real.
6. We will end our tour visiting different places where we will try the desserts that bring joy to all kinds of occasions! It is a crime at the end of a good meal to not have a good cup of coffee or hot chocolate with you!! It will be like the cherry on top.
