Pickup Information

Your Welcome Pickups driver will meet you at your selected pickup location at the scheduled time and will wait for up to 30 minutes after pickup time. If you experience any delays, please contact your driver as soon as possible using the contact details provided before your tour. Prior to pickup, you’ll receive your driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details, making it easy to identify them upon arrival. Your professional local driver will be happy to assist with luggage and help ensure a comfortable and seamless experience throughout your tour. Please note that this sightseeing tour cannot begin, end, or include stops at airports, ports, or train stations. If you have any special requirements — such as traveling with a service animal, extra luggage, or needing additional assistance — please let us know when booking so we can best accommodate your needs.
