Itinerary

1. Granite Falls is a stunning natural wonder located in the Indian Arm, just north of Vancouver. It’s situated about 18 kilometers from Deep Cove. The falls cascade down a massive granite slab, creating a spectacular sight. The water flows for about 150 feet, making it an awe-inspiring place to visit. The dock was damaged in a storm in 2023 and had to be removed. There is no dock making going ashore unlikely with larger vessels, but with Burrard Inlet Charters & Tours it’s possible!
Duration: 30 mins
2. Silver Falls is a scenic wonder located several kilometers north of Deep Cove on the west side of Indian Arm, northeast of Vancouver, British Columbia. The falls are nestled amidst lush greenery, and the river flows from Elsay Lake just below Mt. Seymour. Tucked away in a nook of the steep west shoreline, they can be easily missed, but Not with Burrard Inlet Charters & Tours that will get you up much more close and personal with the falls than any larger tour boat possibly could!
Duration: 15 mins
3. Twin Islands, nestled in the heart of Say Nuth Khaw Yum Park (also known as Indian Arm Park), offer a captivating blend of natural beauty and wildlife. Sparse vegetation, open cover, and rocky ledges characterize the islands, providing a serene escape.
Duration: 5 mins
4. Powerhouse 1 - This century-old plant was originally built to provide hydroelectric power to Vancouver’s streetcars in the early 20th century. It’s named after Johannes Buntzen, the first general manager of the B.C. Electric Co. Powerhouse 2 - Not as easy to find on foot, Powerhouse 2 is best viewed from the water. Its scenic surroundings and classic architecture (one of the powerhouses resembles a castle fortress) have made it a favored film location. In fact, it starred as the villainous clown Pennywise’s lair in the 1990 television miniseries based on Stephen King’s “It”.
5. Belcarra is a charming village nestled on the eastern shore of Indian Arm, a picturesque side inlet of Burrard Inlet.
6. Indian Arm Provincial Park, is a captivating natural gem in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Canada. The park features rugged, forested mountains, several alpine lakes, and numerous creeks and waterfalls, Glacial history has left behind a spectacular terrain, and snow covered mountains can been seen virtually year round.
