Pickup Information

We monitor and track all the flights, we will pick you up even if your flight is delayed. Our driver will wait at the pick-up point with your name written on the board 40 min after landing. The driver will then wait a further 50 minutes before leaving the airport unless we are Informed that there is been delays in passport and customs control. That is a total of 90 minutes after the flight has landed. If waiting time exceeds 90 minutes the additional car park cost is payable in cash to the driver at the end of your transfer. Gatwick Airport Terminal N (north) we meet our customers by Costa Coffee. For London pick-up, please choose the convenient pick-up location.
