Pickup Information

Once we receive your booking and cruise docking information at Chan May Port or Tien Sa Port, we will send clear instructions on where to meet your guide. Our guide will wait at the nearest accessible pickup point holding a sign with your name. All port fees, pickup, and drop-off are included—no hidden costs. In rare cases, cruise ship partners may impose restrictions, but we will always coordinate the best solution to ensure a smooth and stress-free pickup.
