Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

★Closed on the 2nd, 4th Wednesday of every month★ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM(Same hours apply on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays) Korean nationals are not allowed to use this. Even if purchased, it will be refused on-site. You can present your voucher at the ticket booth at the entrance. People with Korean nationality are not eligible to use this service. Infants from 0 to 36 months are free of charge. However, if you cannot provide proof of age on-site or if the child is over 36 months old, an additional fee will be required.
