Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

• Customers wishing to stay longer on the tour will be charged locally at the shop's standard rate • Drivers who are not from the European Union must have a valid, non-expired international driver's license or request an official translation of the license directly at the shop ( own expense: 20€).The translation takes 1 hour and is possible from Monday to Friday (until 3pm on Friday & not holidays). If you need the translation of the driving license, please contact the supplier a few days before the activity. Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions.
