For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Meeting and Pickup
The Great Big Game Show is located on the Casino level near the Atlantis Show. The Forum Shops offer three valet parking locations for a daily flat rate. Parking at the Casino Royale, a 10 minute walk from Caesars Palace is free for the 1st hour, then $15 dollars for 3 hours (subject to change)
Redemption Instructions
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your game time and be sure to sign your waivers digitally prior to your arrival. Please plan ahead for traffic and parking concerns. • Unless you book all the spots in a game, our games have the potential to be shared experiences, which means others could book into your game and join your team. • Please call for more info on wheelchair accessibility. • You will be in a spacious studio equipped with studio lights. Should you feel the need to leave the room, you are welcome to do so at any time. • We recommend our games for ages 6 and up. An adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 17 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.
