- The conservatories and Floral Fantasy undergo monthly maintenance closures. Check the official website at https://bit.ly/3U0toru for specific closure dates before planning your visit.
- If you wish to use the double conservatories tickets on a closure date, please note that there will be no refund or exchange.
- Visits to both Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest) must be completed on the same day. Re-entry is not allowed.
- Food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the Conservatories (Flower Dome and Cloud Forest).
- Shuttle service runs at 10 minutes intervals from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Last ride is at 8:45 PM.
- The Tram Ride Audio Tour operates daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the last ride departing at 5:00 PM. The tour is not available during special events and will be suspended in the event of heavy rain or a lightning warning for visitor safety.
