Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• 100% refund if cancelled 1+ days before the start date
• 0% refund if cancelled less than 1 day(s) before the start date

Redemption Instructions

Cancellations up to 48 hours in advance will guarantee a refund of the amount paid, deducting a fee of 20% of the amount. Cancellations with less than 48 hours will have a 50% refund;

Pickup Information

- Hours: 7am to 5pm on average (departure and arrival back to the hotel); - Departure location: We leave and pick you up from hotels in Ponta Negra, Via costa and Praia do Meio. If you are not staying within this perimeter, we schedule the departure from our store located in Ponta Negra.
