Redemption Instructions

-Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. -Default pickup location is Treasure Island Hotel. Contact customer support immediately after booking to request changes; otherwise, defaults apply. -IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses. -Madame Tussauds Admission: Digital tickets may be redeemed starting 1 day before to 3 days after your tour date once you receive your confirmation email from National Park Express. -Children under 2 years old and not occupying their own seat and not exceed accompanying adults may participate at no charge. -Destinations are subject to closure due to factors beyond our control; such as bad weather, road construction, etc. If roads are closed due to weather or other conditions that prohibit us from entering an area of the tour, we will do our best to provide the best route and/or alternate locations and timing to be able to continue to provide the best tour possible. -INTOXICATION POLICY: Service may be refused to guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol. No refunds will be issued. -Tour Minimums: Tours require minimum participation. If minimums are not met, guests may be offered a reschedule, alternative experience, or full refund. Travel Tips: -It is very dry in the desert region; please remember to stay hydrated, especially during hot weather. -Please wear comfortable walking shoes, check weather of tour date to dress accordingly, and most importantly bring your fully charged camera!. -Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. -Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
