If you cancel at least 6 full day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a full refund.<br>If you cancel between 2 and 6 day(s) before the scheduled departure time, you will receive a 50% refund.<br>If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, you will receive a 0% refund.
Redemption Instructions
Suitcases and Luggage are not allowed on the tour (even carry-on sized). Please bring a backpack, travel bag, or duffel bag for the trip. We will contact you the day before your tour to arrange your pickup via email. If you haven't received your pickup information by 10AM, call 1-888-746-8388 Please Note: National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking.
Pickup Information
We will email you the morning before your tour to confirm your pickup time and place. NOTE: Hotel Pickup Is Not Offered For Orders Booked Within 24 Hours Of Departure To speed up pickups in the morning, you may be asked to walk to a different hotel than your own. This could be next door, two hotels down, or across the street. Even if you select your hotel from the list, this does NOT guarantee you will get picked up directly from your hotel.
