Redemption Instructions

A bus will pick customers staying in the south of Gran Canaria only at the closest pick-up point to their hotel. Please inform your Hotel or Apartment name in your booking Emergency number: +34 620 96 02 26

Pickup Information

There is a pick-up service (only from hotels in the south of Gran Canaria). Transfer service takes place approximately between 08:20 and 09:10. Pick-up can be at your hotel or at the nearest pick-up point to your hotel.
