Child policy:

- Children under 3 years are not allowed to fly.

- Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult during the balloon flight.

- Children aged 13-17 years may participate in the balloon flight unaccompanied, but must be accompanied by an adult for the remainder of the tour.

Good to know:

- Most guests are dropped off between 10:15am and 11:30am.

- This activity is not suitable for pregnant women beyond three months (13 weeks) or individuals who have participated in diving the day before.

- Guests must be able to climb a 1.2-metre ladder into the balloon basket without assistance and must be able to stand for the duration of the flight.

- Passengers with medical conditions or accessibility needs are advised to consult with their doctor or specialist prior to booking.

- Passengers are responsible for reconfirming their pickup point at least 48 hours before travel. A reconfirmation link will be provided upon booking confirmation.
