• Due to the nature of this experience and the safety of all guests, Defiance Rafting Company reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your experience is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. Please call 970.404.3022 the day before your experience to guarantee a complimentary shuttle from your lodging to our HQ. • Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. • Not recommended for participants with heart complaints or other serious medical conditions. Participants under 50 lbs do not meet the minimum requirement for Class III rapids. Hotel pickups commence approximately 30 - 60 minutes prior to this time, exact pickup time will be advised on reconfirmation. Please plan on arriving 45-minutes prior to trip departure.
