DIRECTIONS Each pickup point has a unique time. Guests must be ready at their selected pickup point 5 minutes early: Banff Rocky Mountain Resort – 7:55 AM Canalta Lodge – 8:00 AM Banff Caribou Lodge – 8:01 AM Fox Hotel & Suites – 8:02 AM Red Carpet Inn – 8:03 AM Douglas Fir – 8:06 AM Banff Ptarmigan Inn – 8:10 AM Mount Royal Hotel (Public Bus Parking) – 8:12 AM Rimrock Resort – 8:20 AM Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel (Motorcoach Entrance) – 8:25 AM Banff Train Station – 8:30 AM Juniper Hotel – 8:35 AM If no pickup is selected, your default meeting point is the public bus parking behind the Mount Royal Hotel at 8:12 AM. • Hotel pick-up is available from select Banff hotels but must be scheduled in advance. Guests 15 and under must be with someone 18+. • All adults must sign a waiver. A parent/guardian must sign for those under 18. • Be prepared for quickly changing mountain weather. Winter tours run in -27°C (-17°F) to +10°C (50°F) conditions, often colder with wind chill. Most of the tour is outdoors. Safety is our top priority—improper attire/footwear may result in being unable to participate. Please wear/bring: • Thermals/base layers • Snow pants (mandatory below -16°C / 3°F; jeans over long johns OK in warmer weather; rentals available) • Warm sweater & jacket (ski jackets rentable in Banff) • Hat, mitts, neck warmer/scarf • Warm, sturdy footwear (winter or hiking boots—no heels, Uggs, flip-flops, or sandals).
