Redemption Instructions

-Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. -Pickup & Lunch Confirmation: Default pickup location is Treasure Island Hotel and default lunch is a turkey sandwich. Contact customer support immediately after booking to request changes; otherwise, defaults apply. Special dietary requirements, including gluten-free sandwich requests, must be advised at least 24 hours prior to the tour -IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses. -Madame Tussauds Tickets can be redeemed 1 day before your tour date and up to 3 days after the tour. Please redeem tickets once you receive the tour confirmation email from National Park Express. If you experience any issues, please contact us at +1 (702) 948‑4190. -Each guest may bring only 1 piece of luggage. If storing luggage at your hotel, allow extra time to avoid missing pickup. -In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. The tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events. -Children under 2 years old, not occupying their own seat and not exceed accompanying adults may participate at no charge. Travel Tips: -It is very dry in the desert region; please remember to stay hydrated, especially during hot weather. -Please wear comfortable walking shoes -Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. -Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items. -National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking.

Brown; • 4:45am: Circus Circus: Front entrance, near the Big Clown Sign; • 4:45am: Excalibur: Rear Rotunda Tour Pickup Area (Back Entrance); • 4:50 am: Park MGM: Northwest Valet. Rideshare pickup area; • 4:55 am: Horseshoe: North Entrance, facing Flamingo Road; • 4:55 am: Bellagio: Underground Tour Bus Lobby, right side of main entrance; • 5:00am: Wynn Hotel: South Tower Bus and Limo Pickup Area on Wynn South Gate Drive; • 5:00am: Trump Hotel: Street curb in front of Main Valet Effective July 4, New York-New York Hotel & Casino has been removed as a pickup location for this tour. Please choose from the available alternative pickup points listed during booking. Your exact pickup time will be sent to your contact information provided within 2 days prior to tour start. To better serve you and reduce drop off time, our tour will only drop off at the 3 hotels of TREASURE ISLAND, Park MGM, or EXCALIBUR.
