Redemption Instructions

Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. please text the reservations team at least 24 hours before your tour at +1 (775) 382-2816 with your confirmation number to confirm your pickup location and time. Madame Tussauds Tickets can be redeemed 1 day before your tour date and up to 3 days after the tour. Please redeem tickets once you receive the tour confirmation email from National Park Express. If you experience any issues, please contact us at +1 (702) 948‑4190. -Present your valid photo ID to the tour staff. -Please limit luggage to 1 (up to the size of a backpack) per guest. Additional luggage will be subject to an additional fee collected by the tour staff. -In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. The tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events. -Children under 2 years old, not occupying their own seat and not exceed accompanying adults may participate at no charge. Travel Tips: -For your own protection, please be sure to keep a respectable distance away from the edge of canyon rims. -It is very dry in the desert region; please remember to stay hydrated, especially during hot weather. -Please wear comfortable walking shoes, check the weather of the tour date to dress accordingly, and most importantly bring your camera! -Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. -Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items. -Since the tour can be delayed due to bad weather or other circumstances, please do not plan other time-sensitive activities near the scheduled conclusion of this tour. Rideshare pickup area; • 4:55 am: Horseshoe: North Entrance, facing Flamingo Road; • 4:55 am: Bellagio: Underground Tour Bus Lobby, right side of main entrance; • 5:00am: Wynn Hotel: South Tower Bus and Limo Pickup Area on Wynn South Gate Drive; • 5:00am: Trump Hotel: Street curb in front of Main Valet Effective July 4, New York-New York Hotel & Casino has been removed as a pickup location for this tour.
