Redemption Instructions

-Please arrive at the designated pickup location 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. -Pickup & Lunch Confirmation: Default pickup location is Treasure Island Hotel and default lunch is a turkey sandwich. Contact customer support immediately after booking to request changes; otherwise, defaults apply. Special dietary requirements, including gluten-free sandwich requests, must be advised at least 24 hours prior to the tour -IMPORTANT NOTICE: Do not book additional activities, shows, meals, or attractions after this tour on the same day. Road or weather delays may occur. National Park Express (NPE) is not responsible for missed events, show tickets, flights, dining reservations, or related expenses. -Each guest may bring only 1 piece of luggage. If storing luggage at your hotel, allow extra time to avoid missing pickup. -In a situation where force majeure prevents the regular operation of the tour, parties affected will not be held responsible as it is circumstances beyond control. The tour guide reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary to best benefit our clients in case of such events. -Children under 2 years old, not occupying their own seat and not exceed accompanying adults may participate at no charge. Travel Tips: -It is very dry in the desert region; please remember to stay hydrated, especially during hot weather. -Please wear comfortable walking shoes -Sun protection recommended for sunny days: hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc. -Please keep belongings on you at all times. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged personal items. -Luggage stored in the vehicle's luggage compartment is accepted solely as a courtesy and transported at the guest's own risk. We assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or delay involving luggage or personal belongings. -National Park fees may apply for international visitors. If applicable, this fee is collected in-destination and not at the time of booking.

Brown; • 4:40 am: Circus Circus: Front entrance, Benches under the porte-cochere • 4:40 am: Excalibur: Rear Rotunda Tour Pickup Area (Back Entrance); • 4:45 am: Park MGM: Northwest Valet. Please choose from the available alternative pickup points listed during booking. Your exact pickup time will be sent to your contact information provided within 2 days prior to tour start. Virgin Hotel and Horseshoe Hotel pickup are not available through Nov 22 due to F1. Due to the FORMULA 1 LAS VEGAS event (Nov 18–22), pickup and drop-off are limited to Excalibur, Park MGM, or Treasure Island (TI). Please select one for your pickup. To better serve you and reduce drop off time, our tour will only drop off at the 3 hotels of TREASURE ISLAND, Park MGM, or EXCALIBUR.
