It is necessary to be ready 15 minutes early, as you could be one of the first stops, however, allow a 45 minute window for the transport to follow your route to your starting point. If you are not ready, the driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes before continuing. No refunds will be issued if you are not present. The driver won't call first. You must be outside or in a visible place from the street. The driver will look for you by name, which will be on his list. The bus will make a connection in Antigua Guatemala or El Tejar, this connection will be handled by the same provider therefore they will provide the necessary instructions The type of vehicle may vary depending on the number of passengers (from a sedan to a van).
