Redemption Instructions

* When you arrive, your gondolier may be out on the water. Don't worry, he didn’t forget about you. If the doors are locked, and there is a note on the door, just relax on the balcony. He will return before your cruise, finish with his guests, sanitize the gondola, and then come greet you. * If the doors are open, please check in for your cruise in the gondola office. * We provide shared blankets. Please dress warmly, and if you like, you can bring your own blanket with you. * A corkage fee for own beverages will be added for opening and/or the use of ice buckets, glassware, or wine openers. * Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15-20%. Gratuities can be added to the credit card but we will only due so verbally, so if you would like to add a tip, please tell your gondolier. Many gondoliers can accept Venmo.
